Students can apply directly to Qii/T or contact your local education agent who can help you to fill out an application form. 

1. Download and open the Enrolment form (International / Domestic / Domestic (Funded) / Short Course )
   Note: The Enrolment form is in PDF format. To view it, you must use version 10 or higher of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (it can be downloaded for free)
   
2. Complete all sections of the application, sign and date it. 
   (If you are under 18, make sure your parent or guardian also signs it)
3. Submit it to Qii/T, along with any other required documents*
